1. For grieving, overwhelmed, or burdened

Heavenly Father,
I lift up (name) to You today.
You know the burdens they carry, the sorrow in their heart, and the fears in their mind.
Please surround (name) with Your presence—be their refuge and stronghold.
Calm every anxious thought, bring stillness to their spirit, and hold them close in Your loving arms.
Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Give them the strength to face each day, and remind them they are never alone.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
